Post 5 - Changes to Social Work study programme
Hi everyone! To be honest, I don't have many ideas of things I would change about the Social Work curriculum because I chose this career by comparing the curriculum of the University of Chile versus other universities; for me, the curriculum of this university is very complete, since you can learn social sciences. About the workload, I must say that sometimes (almost always) I think it is too much, reading and going to class is difficult, I can't read all the texts they ask us, the time is not enough. But, I think the length of the course is fine, it makes the difference between university and technical studies. I think there is a lack of resources to improve the infrastructure of the faculty, although it is not bad, in FACSO the classrooms are usually too small, the tables are unstable, among other things.
